Job description

Location : Puchong, next to IOI Mall Puchong (walking distance from LRT IOI Puchong Jaya)

Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (Renewable)

Probation Period : 3 Months

Working Hours : 6 days / week, 10am – 7pm

Job Responsibilities :

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to support our growing operations and deliver excellent service across our online platforms and physical showroom.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok (text only).
  • Coordinate with courier services to follow up on delivery and shipping statuses.
  • Handle and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom and provide product assistance.
  • Reply to comments on social media to engage and support customers.
  • Respond to marketplace reviews (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) using provided templates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and helpful support.
  • Learn product knowledge and understand internal operations to resolve issues and promote a smooth customer experience.
  • Perform other ad hoc or administrative tasks related to customer service as needed.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Mandarin is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Prefer candidates who can start work as soon as possible.

  • Contract Duration : 1 year (renewable based on performance)
