Job Overview :
These responsibilities will include administrative support to the Recruiting team, managing interview coordination, ensuring accurate candidate data, and supporting undergraduate, industry, and MBA recruitment processes.

Interview Scheduling
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring availability alignment between candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate in‑office room bookings for interviews and support virtual interviews.
- Communicate interview details to candidates.
- Proactively manage last‑minute rescheduling, minimizing disruptions to hiring timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and scheduling inquiries.
- Support in‑person interviews in the KL office (receiving candidates and setting up interview rooms).
Recruiting System
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system ("ATS") and internal trackers.Create interview folders and schedules in ATS.Create recruiting events in ATS, as needed.Events
Support recruiting events (on‑campus, in‑office company events, networking dinners, coffee chats) as required.Coordinate venue bookings, catering, and transportation.Assist with preparation of marketing materials.Additional Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and ordering recruiting collaterals such as marketing materials and offeree gifts.Support recruiting projects such as process improvements, data analysis, and reporting on key recruitment metrics, as needed.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree highly regarded; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.3 years’ prior experience in a fast‑moving recruitment team within an agency, internal or RPO team, or HR administration experience.Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and database management.Personal Attributes
