Job description

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Science.
  • Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science or Healthcare Management / Administration have an added advantage.
  • MBBS graduates pre-housemanship posting may also apply.
  • Candidates with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field will have an added advantage.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing patient folders for new and follow-up patients
  • Planning the daily and weekly appointments of cancer patients
  • Coordinate patient referrals to other medical specialists
  • Assisting the specialist in non-clinical patient flow
  • Scheduling patients’ future appointments into the clinical software program
  • Preparing request forms for blood tests, and imaging scans such as X-ray, Ultrasound, CT-scans and MRI scans
  • Coordinate Nuclear Medicine appointments for the cancer patients
  • Coordinate Genomics tests for the cancer patients
  • Coordinate patient movement between Daycare treatment room, clinic, procedure room and Imaging Department
