SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager / Construction Manager to plan, monitor, and control daily works at the project sites.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
• Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results must conform to specifications.
• Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
