Job descriptionDegree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in handling full set of accounts. Experience in managing retail shop and café accounts is preferable. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end closing. Candidates with prior experience in managing accounts for retail shops and cafes will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Manage accounts for both retail outlets and café operations.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily sales collections.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
