Senior Account Executive

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end closing. Candidates with prior experience in managing accounts for retail shops and cafes will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage accounts for both retail outlets and café operations.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily sales collections.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
