Job description

Position

Real‑time Interpreters (English to Mandarin or Cantonese) supporting calls across critical industries such as healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services.

Location & Schedule

Remote – serving clients in Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Full‑time, work‑from‑home. Night shift.

Salaries & Benefits

Salary Range : RM4,800 – RM8,600 per month (30 RM per productive hour)
Monthly Incentives : up to RM3,000
EPF, SOCSO, and company medical coverage

Responsibilities

Provide real‑time interpretation for live calls, ensuring accurate and confidential communication.

Maintain professional communication and cultural sensitivity across all calls.

Adapt quickly to technical platforms and terminology specific to each industry.

Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.

No prior interpreter experience required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
