Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). 6–8 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in property development. Strong knowledge of banking systems, cash management, and financial instruments. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Working location : Setia Alam
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity across group entities.
- Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements for operational and project needs.
- Optimize working capital and ensure sufficient funds for ongoing commitments.
- Initiate and authorize cash transactions.
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of cash activities.
- Provide liquidity reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and project teams on funding and investment matters.
