The Challenges
Project management, subproject management, or participation in technical investment projects at all tesa locations worldwide, including :
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Assessing the state of the art
- Pre-planning and basic engineering
- Detailed engineering
- Factory acceptance testing (FAT)
- Commissioning
- Site acceptance testing (SAT)
- Handover to production
- Creating machine specifications and technical specifications according to defined requirements
- Evaluating bids, selecting suppliers, and placing orders within the budget
- Providing status reports on project progress
- Participating in hazard assessments and safety concepts for new equipment
- Conducting and approving factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) with the creation of corresponding acceptance protocols
Special tasks :
Representing a specific field of expertise in national and international committeesProviding advice to global production facilities in the above-mentioned area.What It Takes
Masters Degree; preferably in the fields of process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.Knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines.Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experienceMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in project managementIn-depth knowledge in relevant specific field (e.g., mixing, coating, converting, measurement and control of adhesive tape production equipment)Several years of experience (>3 years) in the manufacturing of technical adhesive tapes; cross-functional experience desirable.
