Soori Penang is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to help define the standard of ultra-luxury, personalised service at our new 13-suite heritage property. This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to be part of the opening team — shaping an intimate guest journey that is thoughtful, contemporary, and inspired by Penang’s rich culture, expressed through Soori’s hallmark of understated elegance.

As part of a small, dedicated team, the Guest Experience Associate will be hands-on from arrival to departure, curating seamless stays and bespoke experiences that complement the property’s design-led spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create warm, personalised welcomes and farewells, serving as the main point of contact throughout the stay
• Anticipate needs and deliver discreet, solution-oriented service with impeccable attention to detail
• Coordinate daily arrangements — from breakfast preferences to cultural outings and transport
• Work closely with Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless communication and flawless presentation
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, sensitivity, and efficiency
