Job Description3–5 years of experienceKey Skills-Experience in SaaS procurement, IT vendor management, and contract negotiation.Collaboration platforms (Microsoft O365, Lark, or equivalent).Job Description- Review existing Microsoft licensing contracts, pricing, renewal terms, and exit clauses. Assess current utilization vs. subscription levels to identify under / over-licensing. Map out hidden or indirect costs (support, storage, training, compliance). Compare Lark's offerings (pricing, licensing models, SLAs, support) with Microsoft and other potential alternatives. Develop a 3–5 year TCO model covering both platforms.3.3 Contractual & Risk Review Analyze Lark's draft commercial and contractual terms. Review key areas : SLA, uptime, data residency, compliance, liability, and exit clauses. Identify potential risks in adopting Lark and outline mitigation strategies.
