About the role?
We're hiring a detail-driven, execution-focused Project Manager to handle project tracking, external governance, and internal coordination within our digital division; ensuring smooth collaboration with the CTO, CISO, and external partners while keeping digital and AI initiatives on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones within the division
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners; governing project scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Oversee project interactions with other departments; ensuring alignment, clear responsibilities, and controlled project scopes
- Act as the key liaison between Bateriku Digital, CTO, and CISO; maintaining project alignment, visibility, and progress tracking
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensuring nothing is overlooked
- Maintain clear, detailed project documentation, including actions, decisions, follow-ups, and responsibilities
