You are responsible for providing the global sales team proposal support, coordinating responses with customers, and providing technical guidance on Siemens Energy products with a focus on power generation projects. You will be working in a distributed team of proposal engineers and connect with different operations as needed on products quoted. What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Sales to provide technical and commercial support for electrical / electrification products, including switchgear, transformers, and SLD interpretation. Prepare cost sheets, coordinate with sub-vendors for buyout item pricing, and review customer specifications for electrical solutions. Develop technical and commercial proposals for customers in marine, FPSO, and industrial sectors. Create handover documentation for operations post-project award. Participate in customer technical clarification meetings to support Sales and Proposal teams. Assist Engineering team with clarifications and open points during project execution. What You Bring

Strong understanding of electrical scope for onsite power generation. Knowledge of SLD and layout engineering for Electrical House plants. Experience in engineering or technical sales support for electrical scope preferred. Familiarity with marine industry or E-House fabrication is a plus. Effective communication skills and ability to engage directly with customers. Proven ability to multitask, lead teams, and perform under time pressure. About The Team
