Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Banking, IT / Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5years of consulting experience, with a focus on the deposit domain. Proven experience in leading and delivering complex consulting projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for this regional role. In-depth knowledge of deposit-related banking solutions and technologies. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities. Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and platforms.

We are seeking a skilled Principal BusinessConsultant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions with a focus on core banking systems. This is an onsite position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable core banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of banking systems.
- Lead consulting projects for clients, particularly those in the banking sector.
- Provide expert advice on deposit-related banking technologies and industry best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, especially regional partners in Shenzhen.
