As the Marketing Executive, Retail Marketing, you will lead the execution of retail-focused marketing initiatives that drive in-store traffic, brand visibility, and campaign engagement across MOG's nationwide outlet network. You will act as a bridge between marketing strategy and retail execution, ensuring that every campaign or activation is optimized for results at the store level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail-driven marketing campaigns in alignment with MOG's brand objectives.
- Drive traffic to stores through tactical promotions, thematic campaigns, festive activations, and co-branded programs.
- Propose creative mechanics that engage walk-ins, increase conversion, and enhance customer experience.
- Plan and coordinate in-store activations, pop-ups, roadshows, trunk shows, and outlet-level events.
- Collaborate with the events, creative, and operations teams to deliver seamless executions.
- Act as the retail marketing lead for store opening / renovation launches.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to plan monthly and quarterly promotions tied to stock performance, new launches, or supplier initiatives.
- Work with suppliers and brand principals to plan launches, promo support, in-store visibility, and staff education materials.
- Propose campaign ideas to uplift product sell-through and maintain strong category performance.
Requirements :
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.Experience in eyewear, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle / healthcare retail is an advantage.Strong understanding of retail operations and shopper marketing.Excellent planning and coordination skills, able to manage multiple outlets and campaigns simultaneously.Confident in stakeholder management, both internal and external (suppliers, store team, merchandising etc).Creative thinker with a hands-on attitude — able to take ideas from pitch to execution.Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and provide progress updates clearly and regularly.What We Offer :
