Client Services Representative (Fluent in Korean) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Position Overview
Dominion Capital Strategies is seeking a highly professional and client-focused Client Services Representative to join our Kuala Lumpur office. This position is integral to the firm's continued growth in the Korean market and will serve as a primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients and distribution partners. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in client relationship management, onboarding support, and simultaneous translation, ensuring that Korean clients receive the highest standard of service in line with the firm's global reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing client servicing with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and issue resolution.
- Deliver simultaneous translation services during Korean-market webinars, presentations, and meetings to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients and distribution partners, fostering strong long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and market-specific considerations are addressed effectively.
- From time to time asseist with client onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Fluency in Korean and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a client services, relationship management, or professional services environment; financial services experience is an advantage.Capable in providing professionallive online simultaneous translation in business settings.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Demonstrated commitment to delivering client service excellence within a corporate environment.What Success Looks Like
