Job Description

Position 1 : Training Engineer

Execute KPIs assigned by supervisors and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Possesses technical and project execution capabilities.
Demonstrate strong self-discipline and KPI self-management.
Plan and coordinate automation projects.
Conduct orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Perform unit cost and material cost calculations.
Plan and optimize factory layout.
Manage selection, usage, and calibration of jigs and fixtures.

Position 2 : Support Engineer

Translate high-level goals into departmental targets and manage associated risks.

Lead or coordinate project teams with strong technical expertise.

Plan and manage team personnel effectively.

Apply industrial engineering principles to control material and labor costs.

Handle production scheduling and task dispatching.

Position 3 : Production Engineer

Execute KPIs assigned by supervisors and ensure timely, quality delivery.

Demonstrate technical and project capabilities to meet job demands.

Maintain self-discipline and personal KPI accountability.

Conduct process analysis and implement continuous improvement.

Handle production scheduling and resource dispatch.

Write and present improvement and project reports.

Plan and coordinate automation projects.

Perform unit cost and material cost calculations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.

At least 2 years or above experience work as production engineer in semiconductor industry, manufacturing or EMS industry.

Possess strong process analysis and work improvement capabilities.

Possess strong production scheduling or dispatching abilities.

Ability to plan and coordinate automation projects and calculation of unit costs and material costs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (need to deal with Taiwan counterpart)
