Establish & drive PPM (portfolio, program, and project management governance) to realize and maximize business benefits while providing decision support information for Senior Management progress reports.
Key Accountability
- Establish & drive the discipline of PPM (portfolio, program, and project management) with regard to project framework, project flow & project tools in MAG
- Analyse and co-manage IT project financial, project schedule, project scope, and project benefit with project or program managers.
- Plan and execute ITPM resources (planning, fulfilment, assignment) for IT projects or programs. This will also be a part of the consolidation Group IT People Strategy initiative.
- Lead assigned program / project across process group (Concept / Planning / Delivery / Closure) which includes standard project deliverables or specific to a project
- Drive IT Portfolio Meeting, implementation of project reporting tools and project / program level status reporting for any executive reviews.
Qualification & Working Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT / Computing, Business or related fields of study with 10-14 years working experience in project / program managementProfessional Certification PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 with 6-7 years working experience in Project Management Office (PMO).Skills & Knowledge
