Job description

Cerințe

  • Minimum 1 an experiență în domeniul ospitalității (restaurant, hotel, navă de croazieră)
  • Cunoștințe bune despre meniurile internaționale și cunoștințe de bază despre vinurile internaționale
  • Cunoștințe bune / să vorbească fluent limba engleză
  • Pașaport valabil cel puțin 12 luni
  • VIZĂ C1 / D pentru SUA (compania te asistă cu procesul de aplicare)
  • Certificat medical recunoscut (compania te ajută cu programarea la control)

  • Oferă o impresie pozitivă tuturor pasagerilor printr-un salut cald, personalizat; păstrează întotdeauna o apariție impecabilă și profesională
  • Observă și identifică nevoile pasagerilor fără ca aceștia să trebuiască să ceară, oferind răspunsuri adecvate
  • Demonstrează pasagerilor că satisfacția lor este prioritatea principală, răspunzând imediat la cereri, raportând problemele către supervizor și urmărind soluționarea acestora
  • Încheie serviciul lăsând o impresie caldă și sinceră

    • Livrarea Produselor și Standardele

  • Menține o prezență vizibilă și este disponibil pentru a asista cu amabilitate pasagerii în timpul serviciului de alimente și băuturi
  • Se asigură că zona de servire este pregătită și prezentată conform standardelor companiei
  • Menține și realimentează zona de servire conform standardelor companiei pe tot parcursul serviciului
  • Procesează cu exactitate vânzările pasagerilor folosind sistemul Micros
  • Verifică corectitudinea bonurilor de bar, inclusiv numele pasagerului și numărul de cont (folio), pentru a asigura precizia

    • Siguranță și Conformitate

  • Urmează toate liniile directoare, politicile și procedurile companiei, inclusiv protocoalele USPH
  • Susține resursele de la bord în perioadele cu niveluri crescute de igienizare, generate de situații de urgență (ex. epidemii)
  • Respectă regulile de pontaj și creează înregistrări ILO exacte
  • Informează imediat supervizorul în cazul nerespectării Programului Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Organizează sistemul de separare a deșeurilor conform procedurilor stabilite
  • Participă la instruiri regulate și aplică noile cunoștințe pentru a menține cunoștințele despre produse

  • Demonstrează angajament față de valorile, credințele, obiectivele și inițiativele companiei. Respectă constant Valorile de bază și filosofia C.R.U.I.S.E
  • Reprezintă compania și transmite o imagine pozitivă a Princess Cruises către pasageri, ofițeri și echipaj
  • Menține relații profesionale, eficiente și motivate între toate departamentele, ținând cont de diferențele culturale și individuale
  • Poartă cu mândrie insigna C.R.U.I.S.E. și afișează întotdeauna cardul Service Credo
  • Promovează un mediu de lucru fără hărțuire
