Integration Consultant

Job descriptionOwn data integration into GlobalView. Facilitate client data mapping and translation. Handle client data conversion, loading, and verification. Advise clients based on previous HCM integration experience. Partner with GlobalView Consultants on data configuration and readiness. Ensure quality of integration solutions and client satisfaction. Transition client artifacts into client services. Create an inspiring team environment, set goals, and track metrics. 6-8 years of payroll configuration experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. At least 4 years in implementation or client service roles. Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems. Payroll background. Experience in data mapping, translation, and conversion. Experience leading HCM integration teams (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, WFN). Experience as an Integration / Interface consultant. Experience in client-facing consulting roles. Experience managing client relationships.
