Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all daily transactions are captured correctly into fund accounting system i.e. trades; corporate action; settlement / payment; fees accrual; tax provision & deferred tax;
• Ensure all account openings with counterparty; custodian; transfer agent; service provider are done on timely basis;
• Perform reconciliation properly and resolve related issue promptly;
• Ensure daily NAV and price publication are done on time;
• Perform oversight on NAV done by service provider;
• Preparation of related fund reporting;
• Assist senior on preparation of SOP;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, custodian and fund accounting service provider
