Multimedia Specialist

Job descriptionProven experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Strong skills in video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or equivalent). Proficiency in photography and videography , with knowledge of lighting setups. Hands-on experience with AV equipment and troubleshooting. Experience in webinar / virtual event management (Zoom, Teams, OBS, or similar) and on-ground event management . Basic sound editing and audio mixing for video / webinar content. Understanding of social media content formats (LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, YouTube). Ability to organise and manage multimedia libraries effectively. Knowledge of WordPress / website design . Skills in motion graphics, GIFs, and animation . Familiarity with UI / UX principles . Ability to maintain brand consistency across multimedia projects. We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping IFCA’s brand presence by producing impactful visuals, videos, and event experiences that reach audiences across Malaysia and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design : Develop creative assets for digital, social media, campaigns, and events.
- Video Production & Editing : Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including product explainers, corporate highlights, and customer stories.
- Photography : Capture professional-quality photos for events, campaigns, and brand use.
- AV & Event Support : Manage audio-visual setup for webinars, conferences, and live events.
- Webinars & Virtual Events : Coordinate, produce, and manage smooth end-to-end webinar experiences.
- Asset Management : Maintain and organise a centralised library of multimedia files (videos, photos, design assets) for easy retrieval, reuse, and brand consistency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and business units to deliver high-quality creative projects that resonate with our audience.
