POSITION SUMMARY

We are searching for a Buyer who possesses the purchasing / procurement domain knowledge to operate effectively in a matrix environment and has confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, a proven track record of achievement, and be resilient, enterprising, agile and motivated to grow with a dynamic company.

THE ROLE

This role is responsible for executing purchase order management strategies and action plans to focus on day‑to‑day execution of buying plans and achieve overall organization objectives. It also involves liaising with multidisciplinary teams and support functions to delight internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage timely and accurate processing of purchase orders to support supply requirements, optimize supplier performance, and control costs.

Accountability #1 : Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

• Flag delivery risks and elevate to Procurement Manager or Supply Planner.
• Coordinate with finance on unmatched POs or invoice issues.
• Validate pricing changes or part updates with suppliers.
