Position Summary

We are searching for a Buyer who possesses the purchasing / procurement domain knowledge to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. We are only shortlisting driven, resilient, enterprising, agile and motivated individual who wants to be part of a growing company.

The Role

This role is responsible for executing purchase order management strategies and actions plans to focus on day-to-day execution of buying plans to achieve overall organization’s objectives. In addition this role would have to liaise with multi-discipline teams including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities / Essential Duties

The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders to support efforts to achieve to meet supply requirements, optimize supplier performance, and control costs.

Accountability 1 : Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

• Flag delivery risks and escalate to Procurement Manager or Supply Planner.
• Coordinate with finance on unmatched POs or invoice issues.
• Validate pricing changes or part updates with suppliers.
