Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and nas.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company.
Maintain smooth operation of ERP, desktop, and business applications.
Develop and implement ISMS-compliant site-specific software specifications.
Implement and maintain ISMS practices and procedures across the site.
Requirement :
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Min. 5 years in IT end-user support, especially on Microsoft platforms (MS SQL, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure to ERP, payroll, or manufacturing systems is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (written) and English / Malay / Mandarin (spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong skills in customer interaction, planning, and project coordination.
