  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and nas.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company.
  • Maintain smooth operation of ERP, desktop, and business applications.
  • Develop and implement ISMS-compliant site-specific software specifications.
  • Implement and maintain ISMS practices and procedures across the site.

    • Requirement :

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Min. 5 years in IT end-user support, especially on Microsoft platforms (MS SQL, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Exposure to ERP, payroll, or manufacturing systems is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written) and English / Malay / Mandarin (spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
    • Strong skills in customer interaction, planning, and project coordination.
    • Knowledge of ISO ISMS) is preferable.
