Overview
As a consultant – ERP in Finance and Supply Chain, you will act as the bridge between business users and the ERP technical team. You will gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of ERP solution across the Sunway group of companies.
Responsibilities
- Engaging business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements across Finance, Supply Chain and 3rd party integration functions.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.
- Configuring Finance and Supply Chain modules to meet business processes.
- Developing test scripts, user guides and training materials.
- Performing functional testing to ensure system conformance to requirements.
- Leading UAT sessions, fit-gap analysis sessions and reporting defects to programmers for rapid and full resolution of UAT defects.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Preparing support documentation and delivering knowledge transfer sessions to the support team.
- Acting as Level 3 support for functional issues, performing root cause analysis and providing resolution.
- Recommending process improvements or system enhancements.
Requirements
Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, Information Technology or equivalent with good academic result.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional consultant in ERP implementation or a related field.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.Basic knowledge in generating process documentation (Current and To-be-process).Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, MySQL or Python is preferred.Detailed oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.Benefits
