Job descriptionMinimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the accounting industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work Relevant accounting qualifications or certificates would be an advantage
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at INTRA ALLIANCE CONSULT SDN. BHD. in our Pandan Perdana Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all documentation is properly filed
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the production of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
- Providing support to the finance team on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
