Overview
Experienced in handling a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and other related accounting functions. Tax computations; preparing or submitting statutory reporting (Corporate Tax, SST, Forms etc.); liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary; statutory audits. Prepare management accounts, financial statements; analyze variances vs budget; present reports to management; do forecasting & performance monitoring. Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations; forecast cash needs; manage payments; ensure funds are available. Ensure internal control procedures are adhered to; identify inefficiencies; propose process improvements; maintain accounting policies & standards. May supervise or guide accounting officers / junior staff; coordinate with internal / external stakeholders (auditors, banks, tax authorities etc.). Assists in Payroll, E-invoicing & SST.

Requirements
Experience : Usually 3–5+ years in accounting / finance roles; more for senior positions. Experience with full set accounting, audits, statutory reporting, etc.Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software / SQL systems. Strong Excel & reporting skills. Knowledge of relevant standards (MFRS in Malaysia, IFRS, tax laws, etc.).Soft Skills : Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, good communication (internal & with external parties), ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Languages : Proficient in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication; advanced proficiency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.Working Hour : Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays (8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 30 p.m.).Company
