QAQC Inspector

About the role

We are seeking a skilled QAQC Inspector (Production & Construction) to join our team at Revillon Metal Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our production and construction processes. Based in Selangor, you will play a crucial part in upholding our high standards and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and monitor production and construction works to ensure compliance with contract requirements, construction drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Verify that all materials delivered to the site meet approved specifications and the project's Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Provide regular progress reports to superiors, highlighting any issues related to defective, outstanding, non-conforming, or delayed works.
• Prepare Project Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans in accordance with project specifications.
• Tag and document all incoming materials for inspection and proper location.
• Work closely with suppliers to enhance quality control, inspection processes, and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for daily inspection activities.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or management from time to time.
