Job description

Job Responsibility

Perform QA / QC work by conducting various quality control inspections in accordance to various quality assurance procedures.
Monitor & ensure subcontractors, fabricators and suppliers comply to and meet the requirements of quality procedures.
Planning, organizing and conducting quality control inspections of receiving incoming raw materials and parts / components.
Conduct and monitor IT-Up Inspections, Visual / Welding Inspections, Dimensional Inspections, various Non-Destructive Tests, PWHT, Hydrostatic Pressure Tests, and various other QC activities as required by the projects.
Define Corrective Action Request in responding to customer complaints.
Assist QA & QC Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015) and Quality Control Program (ASME U / U2 / S).
Support the QA & QC Manager to ensure that products and processes comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015) and Quality Control Program (ASME U / U2).

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mathematics.

Candidates with CSWIP / AWS certification are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent would have an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years related working experience in fabrication / welding work. Knowledge of industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation would be an added advantage.

Familiar with relevant codes e.g. ASME, ISO 9001 : 2015, API etc.

Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

Computer literate.

Willing to travel in Malaysia and Abroad
