QA / QC Technician

Conduct inspections on beams before shipment.

Ensure beams are securely tied before lorry departure.

Monitor the loading of beams onto lorries and oversee shipping out processes.

Execute site work and mixing concrete / UHPC on site. Technical support and QC at site.

Update and keep track all documentation for QC department such as cube and prism report, prism tensile strength.

Assisting in preparing Official Reports.

Trial mix for DURA Premix or new research as instructed by the superior

Contributed on a new topic for development of a new product / sales.

Conduct visual inspection before and after casting precast products at factory.

QA / QC of all premix / dry mix products prior send out from factory.

Recording all raw material such as all types of steel fibres, PVA, strands, chemicals (eg superplasticizer, etarders, accelerators, etc)

Test setting up and running the flexural tests.

Supervise and arrange trial mixes for new products such as shotcrete tests.

Working at site to provide technical support for UHPFRC trial period, delivery methodology, delivery works such as stitches, jacketing, links lab etc.

Issuing Delivery Orders (DO) for the segments / beams / premix.

Purchasing equipment and materials required for QC dept.

Prepare and maintain QC documentation, including cube and prism test reports, prism tensile strength results, and supplier scan reports.

Prepare BCMD, PRISM, and official QC reports for submission.

Prepare ship marks and QR codes for beams.

Submit all the report to the superior for signing and endorsement before compiling and submit to client.

Manage day-to-day operations & assignments on a timely manner to avoid disruption to the organization’s operations.

Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff & organization position.

Complying to the safety & health standard & quality policy of the company.

Assist in other task or ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD / immediate Superior from time to time.
