Job descriptionCoordinate R&D manpower activities and manpower development. Manage promotion and upgrading, and PIP (Performance Improvement Program) Manage KPI tracking for all departments under R&D to meet Sector's target. Oversee KPIs, VAVE / VCCR initiatives, and quality metrics, while providing regular strategic reports and insights directly to the CTO / CEO, supporting AMA Director. Manage event activities in Engineering for internal and external. Prepare and provide Engineering's OPEX, CAPEX non project and project budget including recommendation of budget reduction and utilization for related cost center. Coordinate Engineering revenue generation activity for optimizing utilization R&D testing facility. Degree in automotive or any field engineering & data discipline. Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive or manufacturing industries. Project team management and leadership skill. Experience in project management (Microsoft) word, exçel, PowerPoint. Expert in define SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) KPls.

- Prepare divisional short-to-long term Technology roadmap, vision and mission.
- Prepare divisional Annual Management Plan (AMP) and KPI to meet vision.
- Monitor & manage divisional performance based on KPI target
- Prepare and provide divisional Operational reports for Management and BOD (MOMM, BOD meeting)
- Manage action plan on divisional issue and monitor action plan for performance and efficiency.
- AMA Proper Organizational Structure Chart & RACI Matrix to define proper responsibilities and achievement tracking
