Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent issues Document all work performed and maintain detailed records Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide quality customer service Support the installation of new equipment and systems Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety standards What we're looking for

Relevant technical or vocational qualification in a related field Demonstrable experience as a Technician or in a similar role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities Commitment to safety and quality standards Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required What we offer
