Role Description & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), corporate reporting, statutory audit, and taxation.
• Support GL general accounting activities such as journal preparation, account reconciliations for Asia BUs in GBS Asia, compute tax for monthly, quarterly and annual closings, and financial reporting to local country and HQ.
• Manage tax compliance tasks : update tax calendar, prepare, review / validate and submit Corporate Income Tax and indirect tax filings (VAT / GST & WHT), tax reporting and related reconciliation for Asia legal entities.
• Ensure accounting records and control journal entries comply with 3DS corporate policies, internal controls, IFRS and statutory accounting principles.
• Support audit processes : preparation and review for statutory, internal and other audit purposes; liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Lead continuous improvement, regional and corporate projects or ad‑hoc tasks within agreed timelines, working independently or in a team as required.
