Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Product Quality Monitoring and Analysis : Assist in monitoring Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) and Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) indicators, identifying and addressing abnormal points to ensure product quality meets company standards. Test Flow and Program Development : Assist in defining and maintaining product quality test flows, and participate in developing and maintaining quality test programs to ensure product performance meets expectations. Performance Reporting Support : Assist in writing and maintaining product performance reports to ensure timely updates to relevant teams on product quality status. Data Analysis and Script Writing : Assist in data analysis, automate analysis processes through script writing, and generate reports or provide quality improvement suggestions. Qualifications REQUIRED : Educational Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly. Basic Knowledge : Understanding of computer architecture, hardware testing, and reliability analysis. Experience in relevant projects or internships is a plus. Knowledge and Interest in NAND Flash : Some knowledge or strong interest in NAND Flash storage technology, with the ability to quickly learn and understand related technologies and knowledge in this field. Problem-Solving Ability : Ability to perform basic fault analysis, identify issues, and work with teams to drive root cause analysis and solution development. Teamwork and Communication : Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of product quality issues. English Proficiency : Good reading and writing skills in English, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively in English. Proactive Learning and Work Attitude : A proactive attitude, strong learning ability, and responsibility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and handle work pressures. Preferred Experience with automation testing tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python) for testing purposes. Familiarity with data analysis, database management, and related technologies (e.g., SQL queries, data visualization tools). Experience in hardware testing or product reliability analysis is a plus. Skills Programming Skills : Proficient in at least one programming language (such as C++, C#, Python, SQL), capable of independently writing scripts and programs for data analysis and automated testing tasks.
