Responsibilities
- Looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join us as Client Service Manager
- Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; proposing solution to address customers challenges and taking action based on sound analysis and judgment
- Develops and oversees the development of custom solutions to address the needs of accounts, effectively presents the solution and negotiates compensation ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
- Coordinates communications between product and service team members and account managers; is accountable for overseeing deliverables and managing timelines
- Monitors accounts’ performance and works to ensure deliverables are fulfilled in a timely manner; ensure renewals are done promptly and are meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Working closely with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives.
Requirements
Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree either in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field / industry is requiredPrior experience in corporate software sales is added advantageStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirementsStrong proficiency in handling PC and mobile devicesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeTeam player and able to work with minimal supervisionIf this sounds like you and you have a passion for the digital space, then please submit your application to
