About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our client's team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B retail store and ensuring the smooth running of all store activities.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the work of store associates to achieve sales, service and operational goals
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring the store is well-presented, clean and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with the training and development of store associates
- Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve store performance
