F&B Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our client's team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B retail store and ensuring the smooth running of all store activities.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of store associates to achieve sales, service and operational goals
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring the store is well-presented, clean and adheres to company policies and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting with the training and development of store associates
• Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve store performance
