Who We're Looking For :

  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with strong command of English communication skills, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
  • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing exceptional service while adhering to established processes.
  • Robust problem-solving and organizational skills to manage diverse customer queries.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
