Sales Associate (Pavilion)

Meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

Achieving monthly individual targets by embodying the band

Deliver a memorable retail experience to clients at all times, including offering excellent after sales service / follow up

Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations

Perform with energy, does not give up and actively researches ways to improve results / solve problems

Always up to date with competitor activity, visiting competitors, follow and read fashion editorials & magazines

Collect feedback from clients on the collections and bring back to Store Manager

Be pro‑active and creative to share ideas with Store Manager and team on how to maximize business opportunities

Ensure Interior and exterior of the store is maintained to company standards

Requirements

Minimum 2-year relevant experience in fashion retail industry

Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry

Good command of English and Mandarin

Clientelling experience, good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, mature and good team player

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales / Store Supervisor
