What You'll Do

• Drive aggressive merchant acquisition for the Sunway Loyalty Program, payment solutions, and related products.
• Act as account manager for both new and existing merchants, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
• Propose and implement strategic marketing collaborations that add value for merchants and Sunway members.
• Provide on-ground support – including terminal installations and front-liner training for merchants.
• Tackle and resolve merchant issues quickly and effectively with smart solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute loyalty and payment campaigns seamlessly across channels.
• Ensure smooth billing and collection processes with assigned merchants.
• Take ownership of results and contribute to special projects when needed.
