We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Executive, Business Development to drive the growth of our customer base and revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies to achieve targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a proactive approach to growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote company products or services to potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations both in-person and virtually.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align on strategy and lead generation.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track progress using CRM tools.
- Aim to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to support service improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
