Primary Objective
- Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) products to achieve business KPIs
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Solicit and promote sales of PF-i productsAchieve individual sales targets and contribute towards achievement of Group targetsPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leadsSet appointments, carry-out sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customersCross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits etc.Customer Service
Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the BankCompliance
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the BankProtect the image and brand of the BankOperations
Ensure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the BankRequirements
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).1 year of experience in sales and customer service related fieldHave the relevant licenses for the portfolioHighly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervisionComfortable with engaging people, prefers doing sales and take personal responsibility on delivering resultsStrong selling and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and service orientationDemonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in delivering results within fast paced and highly demanding environmentAbility to relate and connect to local communityGood communication skillsBasic understanding of finance and banking productsBasic computer skillsSeniority level
