Manager, Logistics

Job Responsibilities

• To be based in KLIA, Sepang (Selangor)
• Oversees warehouse day to day operation, material flows, resource, capacity planning and control. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to inventory control, inbound / outbound delivery, service level maintenance, material handling, import-export licensing, third-party warehousing and shipping / receiving activities.
• Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
• Comply with EHS guidance, keep warehouse employee safe, avoid hazardous situation and prevent injuries.
• Interacts with vendors and peers in worldwide spares depots, manufacturing, finance to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
