Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Atome. In this role, you will guide and support our merchants through the seamless onboarding process, ensuring successful integration with our platform. You will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conduct training sessions, and address administrative needs. Additionally, you will facilitate connections between merchants and internal teams, creating a welcoming and inclusive onboarding experience for our merchants.
Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for our merchants
Lead merchant onboarding and API integration process, troubleshoot, and resolve gateway integration errors across e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, and more)
Handle escalations to identify root causes and coordinate communications between different business functions to provide timely resolutions and future improvements
Support KYB requirements to ensure adherence to compliance and policy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth marketing operations; supporting regular voucher set-up
Required Skills And Qualifications
Organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with merchants and establish a positive onboarding experience
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with remote team members
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Proficiency in Office Suits including Gsheets / Excel
