We are seeking an experienced Live Commerce Manager to lead and drive the performance of live selling on TikTok and Shopee platforms. This role involves managing a team of live hosts, planning campaign strategies, and collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Host Management (Operational)
- Organize and monitor live host schedules (15–20 hosts).
- Ensure live slots are consistent and meet daily / weekly live hour targets.
- Train and coach hosts on pitching, engagement, compliance, and energy.
- Monitor each host’s performance (viewer count, conversion, GMV).
- Act as a liaison between live hosts and HQ for issues / feedback.
- Campaign & Strategy (Platform)
- Work with TikTok & Shopee Account Managers to capture campaign opportunities.
- Integrate campaign calendars, vouchers, mega sales into live plans.
- Plan ads (TikTok Ads / Shopee Ads) to support key live sessions.
- Analyze live data (CTR, CVR, GMV, AOV) and provide improvement strategies.
- Develop creative content angles (hooks, storytelling, upsell strategies).
- Cross-team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align promotions and creative assets.
- Coordinate with Inventory & Operations teams to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare regular performance reports for Management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
95% of live slots filled weekly.Achieve monthly GMV target through live selling.Increase conversion rate & AOV each quarter.At least 70% of hosts maintain “above standard” performance.Participate in 100% of major campaigns (Mega Sales, Payday, Double Digit).Positive ROI on ads (ROAS >X).
