Culmen International is hiring a qualified Laboratory Technician in Malaysia to provide scientific and technical services to an international Department of Defense medical contract.
The objective of this contract is to provide clinical site management and in‑country clinical research operations and scientific laboratory support for surveillance, epidemiology, and intervention studies, sample collection, and laboratory testing in field sites. This effort is a cooperative and collaborative project involving partner countries, including the United States.
What You’ll Do In Your New Role
Direct and coordinate all laboratory operations; verify completed laboratory‑related documents required by study protocols and standard operating procedures; direct specimen data management; develop, revise, and review study protocols, site annexes, operating guidelines, manuals, Study Specific Procedures, and SOPs; ensure laboratory equipment are operated and maintained following equipment SOPs; ensure availability of appropriate laboratory materials and office supplies; ensure proper utilization of laboratory facilities; and perform other duties as assigned.
