What You'll Do

As our HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the full HR spectrum, including :

  • HR Operations & Policies – Oversee HR functions, employment contracts, and ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Manpower Planning & Recruitment – Lead end-to-end hiring, workforce planning, and talent management to attract and retain the right people.
  • Employer Branding – Build our employer brand through social media and content that tells our story.
  • Performance Management – Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring performance is aligned with company goals.
  • Industrial Relations – Manage disciplinary issues and grievances, while advising management to reduce business risks.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Conduct market surveys and propose competitive remuneration packages.
  • Training & Development – Identify training needs, design learning programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Employee Engagement – Propose and lead engagement activities to foster a positive culture.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist and managerial experience, preferably working with top management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all HR practices.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
