Junior Admission Executive (Mandarin)

Job description : Job Purpose :

The Admissions, Junior Marketing Executive supports student enrolment initiatives, enhances the school’s visibility through marketing efforts, and ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for prospective families. This entry-level role assists in marketing activities, manages the admissions process, and provides excellent customer service in line with the school’s brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrolment Support :

• Assist in managing the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, including handling application forms and coordinating campus visits.
• Maintain accurate and current records in the admissions system.
• Provide prompt follow-ups and courteous communication with prospective families.
• Support student placement coordination with academic and administrative teams.
• Assist in preparing reports and enrolment statistics as required.
